Located at the very southern edge of the Dordogne near the village of Loubéjac, Loustalou - meaning “little house” - dates back over two hundred years. Originally a farm, the house was later converted into a barn first for pressing grapes and then for drying tobacco.

Since 2005 it has been transformed into home / studio where life and pottery evolve together in synergy. The area, with its bountiful woodlands and rich deposits of kaolinic and illitic clays, generously supplies us with the raw materials we need in our work.

Running water and a wood-burning stove sustain us in our simple, creative way of life. Surrounded by pines, oaks and chestnut trees, Loustalou is an ideal setting for entering into a direct and intimate dialogue with nature.
