Our life as potters follows the rhythms and cycles of nature.
Twice a year we offer a workshop in bowl making. Over a course of 16-18 days, broken down into three sessions a day, we cover topics ranging from the collection and preparation of clay and raw materials, the shaping of the bowls, the development of engobes and slips of terra sigillata, and techniques of bisque-firing, smoking, firing and glazing. We accept a maximum of five people in a workshop.

Our guiding principles are:
- An emphasis on observation and use of the senses
- Recursive interaction with all the elements of pottery to encourage a holistic progression through every step in the creative process.
- The cultivation of an improvisational approach to events, places and people.
